Lisa Pickard

Lisa Pickard is an owner of Webb Pickard Group and has been managing the agency since 2006. In addition to being a licensed agent, Lisa is a Certified Insurance Counselor and a Certified Customer Service Representative. The CIC is a professional designation program that involves a rigorous education and testing process. Lisa is committed to higher education to enable her to be the best insurance advisor that she can be to her clients. Her background and experience in accounting bring a unique skill set to her profession. “I actually enjoy helping and answering audit questions for my commercial clients, not many insurance agents can say that.” When asked why she enjoys working in insurance, Lisa says, “The thing that I really love about the insurance profession is the people interaction. Helping folks protect the things that matter to them is very rewarding. When claim times come and there are ‘no worries’ because we have customized a policy to meet their specific needs, that is rewarding to me.”

John and Lisa have three grown children, a daughter-in-law and son-in-law, all of whom they are very proud of. Lisa has recently become a grandmother and especially excited about that. “One of the most influential people in my life was my grandmother so I am looking forward to modeling her to my grandchildren.” She loves being outdoors, bird watching, and reading.
